Which web page editor?
Web page editors are very helpful in the layout of the web page. The web page editor which I like the most is the Microsoft Front page.

Re: Which web page editor?
I would say dreamweaver is used more now, and for the real coder only wordpad or notepad.

If you are using Wordpad or Notepad, you should check out Emacs or Vim. They both have context highlighting and auto-tabbing, and are free and open source. I'm pretty sure there's versions for each operating system. It's not WYSIWYG but you can do your HTML editing and PHP coding in the same editor.

Personally, I use both Dreamweaver CS5, but do have Notepad++ which is quite useful at times (including writing without DOM -- DOM can cause issues if editing certain PHP files, that's why).
