Morning guys and girls,

I'm quite active on a number of forums, which wouldn't be too much of a problem except for the fact I only actually use my computer at work. In case you haven't guessed that means I spend a bit too much time socialising and networking through the computer as opposed to getting articles written up on time!

Anyway... A bit about me I guess... After having been to college and university (which I consider a great waste of time) I went to live in Thailand where I wrote for a few magazines and found a career in journalism. Today I work as a journalist here in the (rarely) sunny United Kingdom and spend the majority of my time either in the office, with my girlfriend or participating in my other hobby of Martial Arts.

My plans for the future are to start my own creative solutions company that will provide good quality options for companies looking to advertise with 'high impact' media. I think that should explain why I have chosen to join you guys on these boards and hopefully learn a few new things about the 'freelancing' way of life as opposed to the 'office jockey'!
